วันที่ 26 สิงหาคม 2568 เวลา 09.30 น. ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.นนท์ลฉัตร วีรานุวัตติ์ คณบดีวิทยาลัยการท่องเที่ยวและอุตสาหกรรมบริการ มหาวิทยาลัยนครพนม พร้อมด้วย ดร.อภิไทย แก้วจรัส รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและวิจัย ในฐานะทีมนักวิจัยโครงการ “การพัฒนาหลักสูตร Non - Degree ผู้ประกอบการเศรษฐกิจสร้างสรรค์บนฐานวัฒนธรรมลุ่มน้ำแม่โขงนครพนม” ลงพื้นที่จัดเวทีแลกเปลี่ยนและรับฟังความคิดเห็น (Focus Group) ร่วมกับประชาชนผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในพื้นที่ อำเภอเมืองนครพนม และตำบลไชยบุรี อำเภอท่าอุเทน เพื่อร่วมยืนยันและตรวจสอบข้อมูลเชิงลึกด้านการท่องเที่ยวริมโขง

การดำเนินงานวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นหนึ่งในกิจกรรมภายใต้โครงการ “การพัฒนาความเป็นเลิศของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาและพัฒนากำลังคนชั้นสูง" (Reinventing University) ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 ซึ่งได้รับการสนับสนุนจากสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (สป.อว.) มีเป้าหมายเพื่อยกระดับบทบาทของสถาบันอุดมศึกษาในการปฏิรูประบบการบริหาร ปรับปรุงหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอนให้ทันสมัย ตอบโจทย์การพัฒนาประเทศ พร้อมเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน ด้วยการวิจัย นวัตกรรม และการผลิตกำลังคนคุณภาพสูง

ทั้งนี้ โครงการดังกล่าวมุ่งเน้นให้มหาวิทยาลัยพัฒนาตามจุดแข็งและความเชี่ยวชาญที่สอดคล้องกับทิศทางการพัฒนาเชิงพื้นที่และระดับประเทศ ผ่านกลไกการขับเคลื่อน 5 แพลตฟอร์ม ได้แก่ การพัฒนาคุณภาพการเรียนการสอน การพัฒนาและแสวงหาบุคลากร ความเป็นนานาชาติ การบริหารงานวิจัยและนวัตกรรม และการสร้างแพลตฟอร์มความร่วมมือ

การลงพื้นที่ในครั้งนี้นับเป็นการสร้างองค์ความรู้เพื่อการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรมริมฝั่งโขง จังหวัดนครพนม ให้เกิดความยั่งยืนและสร้างคุณค่าเชิงเศรษฐกิจ สังคม และชุมชน

August 26, 2025, 9:30 AM Assistant Professor Dr. Nonthachat Weeranuwattana, Dean of the College of Tourism and Service Industry, Nakhon Phanom University, along with Dr. Apitai Kaewjaras, Deputy Dean for Academic and Research Affairs, as a member of the research team for the project "Development of a Non-Degree Creative Economy Entrepreneurship Curriculum Based on the Mekong River Basin Culture in Nakhon Phanom," conducted field visits to organize exchange forums and gather feedback (focus groups) with stakeholders in Mueang Nakhon Phanom District and Chaiyaburi Subdistrict, Tha Uthen District. This was done to jointly confirm and verify in-depth information on tourism along the Mekong River.

This research operation is one of the activities under the project "Developing Excellence in Higher Education Institutions and High-Level Human Resource Development" (Reinventing University) for the fiscal year 2025, which is supported by the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI). The goal is to elevate the role of higher education institutions in administrative system reform, modernize curricula and teaching methods to meet national development needs, and enhance competitiveness through research, innovation, and the production of high-quality human resources.

This project focuses on universities developing according to their strengths and expertise, aligning with regional and national development directions through five driving mechanisms: improving teaching and learning quality, developing and recruiting personnel, internationalization, research and innovation management, and building collaborative platforms.

This field visit is considered knowledge building for the sustainable development of cultural tourism along the Mekong River in Nakhon Phanom Province, creating economic, social, and community value.
